I have 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and over 10,000 hours logged as a Personal Trainer. I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, ESCAPE KETTLEBELL Instructor, ISSA Coach, ASFA-CPT as well as First Aid/CPR/AED Certified which means I've been trained extensively to get you the best results possible.
